These terms apply when you visit thehabitfix.com or buy one of our products. The Habit Fix is operated by Jesus Alfonso Aviles Rivas (“we”, “us”). By buying, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell digital educational guides (PDF books, workbooks, printable logs and similar files). Each product page describes what is included.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on each product page and on the checkout page, in the currency displayed there. Applicable taxes are included or added at checkout where required.
• Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Delivery and access

After payment, your files are sent by email to the address you entered at checkout. You get lifetime access to your purchase. Details are on our Delivery & Access page.

4. Refunds

You have 7 days to try your guide under the conditions in our Refund Policy.

5. License: personal use

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may download it, print it and keep it on your devices for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part, or use them for commercial purposes. All content, design and trademarks belong to The Habit Fix.

6. Educational content, not professional advice

Our guides are self-help educational materials. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological or legal advice, and they don’t replace a professional. If you are in crisis or dealing with abuse or a mental health condition, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. Results depend on your own practice and circumstances, and we don’t guarantee specific results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be waived.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
