This policy explains how The Habit Fix, operated by Jesus Alfonso Aviles Rivas, handles your personal data when you visit thehabitfix.com or buy a product. Questions or requests: hello@thehabitfix.com.

Data we collect

  • Purchase data: your name, email address, country or billing details, the product you bought, the amount and the date.
  • Payment data: your card details are entered on a secure checkout page run by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email.
  • Technical and advertising data: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data (such as IP address and browser) for security. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling and page views) so we can improve it; Clarity uses cookies and may record anonymized session replays. If we run ads, we may also use measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel, which use cookies to tell us whether an ad led to a visit or a purchase.

Why we use it

  • To deliver your purchase and give you access to it.
  • To answer your questions and process refunds.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
  • To measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our web and email hosting provider (Hostinger), our analytics provider (Microsoft Clarity) and, if we run ads, advertising platforms such as Meta. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Some of these providers may store data outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide access to your purchase, handle refunds and meet legal and tax obligations. Messages are kept while needed to help you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or under state laws such as the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email hello@thehabitfix.com. We will answer within the time required by law. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our products are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with its date.
